We propose, that you lodge in a small, but cosy flat, situated in the historical centre of the city, Gorokhovaya Street, in the house,
where the regrettably famous Grigory Rasputin lived.

на Гороховой улице, в доме, где жил знаменитый Григорий Распутин.
Gorokhovaya Street is reckoned among the most ancient streets of our city. It appeared on the city map as far back as
in the epoch of Peter the Great, the founder of the city. Gorokhovaya Street is the central radial in the trident of the streets,
running from the Admiralty. The other two radials form Nevsky and Voznesensky Prospects. Such system of mapping out
was implemented in imitation of Versailles in France.
Горроховая улица - одна из самых старинных в нашем городе. Она появилась на городском плане
еще в эпоху Петра 1, основателя города. Это центральный луч в трезубце улиц, отходящим от Адмиралтейства.
Другие два луча трезубца формируют Невский и Вознесенский проспекты. Такая система планификации
была скопирована с французского Версаля.
The house, in which our guest apartment is situated, was built in 1903 and is an example of typical landlord house
of Saint-Petersburg for granting flats on lease.
One of the leaseholders here was also Grigory Rasputin, a person, closely connected with the family of Nicholas II
and healing the sick czarevitch. The choice of Rasputin was not occasional. Gorokhovaya Street is a right way
to the Palace of the Czar. To boot, the house is but a step to the Vitebsk railway station - so, by rail, Rasputin could get
to Tsarskoye Selo, where the Czar's family prefered to live because of the sickness of the son.
Getting to the most beautiful suburbs of Saint-Petersburg - Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo) and Pavlovsk - still offers no difficulties
and you will feel this convenience when lodging in our apartment.
Дом, в котором расположена наша гостевая квартира, был построен в 1903 году и являет собой пример
типичного доходного дома Санкт Петербурга, в котором квартиры сдавались в аренду.
Арендовал здесь квартиру и Григорий Распутин, который был близок семье Николая 2, и который
врачевал больного царевича. Выбор Распутина не был случайным. Гороховая улица - это прямая дорога
в царский дворец. В то же время дом находится в двух шагах от Витебского вокзала.
Так по железной дороге Распутин мог очень быстро добраться до Царского села, где преимущественно
проживала царская семья из-за болезни сына. И вы сможете без труда добраться до прекраснейших
пригородов Петербурга - Царского села (Пушкина) и Павловска, если поселитесь в нашей квартире.
Our apartment meets all requirements of up-to-dateness and has a full range of modern conveniences.
It is situated on the first floor, the windows look out on a quiet courtyard. The apartment is very comfy and consists
of a sitting-room with a kitchen corner (gas-cooker with oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster) and a cosy sleeping-room.
At the entrance is a small hall, contiguous to the first toilet room. A short passage connects the sleeping-room
with the second toilet room, which is equipped with shower-bath. The apartment is decorated in a light colours,
much is furnished in wood, what makes the atmosphere more favourable to rest. There is a water-heater in the apartment,
what is of significance for Saint-Petersburg - in the summer period the urban supply of hot water is often up because
of the pipes being repaired. In our apartment we always have hot water.
Наша квартира отвечает всем требованиям современного человека и имеет полный набор удобств.
Она расположена на 2 этаже, окна выходят в тихий двор. Квартира очень приятная и состоит из гостиной
с кухонным уголком (газовая плита с духовкой, холодильник, электрочайник, тостер…) и уютной спальни.
При входе - маленькая прихожая и туалет. Небольшой коридорчик соединяет спальню со вторым туалетом,
в котором есть душевая кабина. Квартира окрашена в теплые тона, много дерева в обстановке,
что еще больше располагает к отдыху. В квартире есть электроводогрей, что является важным моментом
для Петербурга, т.к. летом часто отключают горячую воду для ремонта коммуникаций.
В нашей квартире горячая вода есть всегда.

Nevsky Prospect - 15 minutes
Fontanka River - 2 minutes
the Admiralty and the Hermitage - 20 minutes

The Briantsev Youth Spectators Theatre (5 minutes)
The Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre (5-7 minutes)
The Maly Drama Theatre - The Theatre of Europe (10-12 minutes)
One can also make use of a fitness centre with swimming-pool and sauna at the Neptun Hotel (10 minutes).

- до Адмиралтейства и Эрмитажа - 20 мин.
В нашем квартале расположено несколько театров:
ТЮЗ (5 мин), БДТ (5-7 мин), МДТ - театр Европы (10-12 мин).
Фитнес-центр (бассейн, сауна)- в отеле Нептун (10 мин).
