Our apartments meet all requirements of up-to-dateness and have a full range of modern conveniences. They are situated on the first and fourth floors, the windows look out on a quiet courtyard. The apartments are very comfy; we have equiped them with kitchen corners (gas or electric cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffie maker) and toilet rooms (shower or bath). There are water-heaters in the apartments, what is of significance for Saint-Petersburg - in the summer period the urban supply of hot water is often up because of the pipes being repaired. In our apartments we always have hot water. Mostly a washing machine is available. The rooms are decorated in a light colours, much is furnished in wood, what makes the atmosphere more favourable to rest. There is Wi-Fi internet in the apartments and rooms.
